The Piper Whistle in D-Key is an inexpensive instrument with Tin-Whistle sound and the fingering of the Great-Highland-Bagpipe.
The spacing of the holes is comparable to the spacing of the holes on a practice chanter and is easy to grip.
Songs in G major (F sharp) can be played with the D whistle - with restriction of the range, without overblowing. The range is from ("low") D to ("high") D (plus ("low" C).
The Piper Whistle can be played with other instruments, as the instrument is tuned to 440Hz.
The whistle is approx. 33 cm long.
